Remote Support

Pixelgate can use our Sceen Sharing tools to remotely login to your home/office computer and assist you with your problem.

To use the service, we must prepare a ticket for you and initiate a screen sharing session.

When the Support Tech tells you the ticket is prepared, then you can click on this link

Once connected, the Tech will provide you with a temporary authorization code that you will need to type into the Support Page.

If successful, then you will be given a link to download a ‘helper’ application that when run will establish the connection.

When the session is finished, we will terminate the connection. The process is very safe. The system has no way of logging into your computer without you activating the helper application via the unique temporary Authorization Code.
